My Story
I am a pre-licensed couples and family therapist in the state of Colorado. I work with individuals
and couples seeking to deepen their connection with others and understand themselves on a
deeper level. I have a BA in Psychology from the University of Colorado-Boulder and an MA in
Couples and Family Therapy from the University of Colorado-Denver. I am a Level 1 and 2
Gottman Certified therapist and am in the process of becoming a certified Emotionally Focused
Couple’s Therapist.

As a clinical practitioner, my experience encompasses aiding individuals, couples, and families
in their pursuit of strengthening emotional bonds with both them and their loved ones.
Employing a diverse range of interventions, including Narrative, Internal Family Systems, EFT,
and Gottman methods, I approach each endeavor with a keen awareness of cultural nuances.
My unwavering dedication lies in assisting those navigating the challenges of forging meaningful connections. Together, we embark on a journey through early childhood experiences, unearthing past wounds and dismantling self-imposed limitations. Skillfully blending emotionally focused and narrative techniques, I foster personal growth, drawing inspiration from both individual narratives and shared experiences.
Whether working with individuals, couples, or families, I specialize in reigniting the cherished connections you've diligently nurtured.
