My Story
Do you sometimes feel lost or alone? Feel that you may need help navigating your identity,
embracing your true self? You are not alone and I am here to walk beside you on your journey.

I have a passion and interest in working with the LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent population
especially those with late diagnosed Autism, helping teens and adults navigate life and finding
how to make their world work with their gifts. As with other things in life, not every modality
works for everyone, so I take an eclectic approach, creating a mosaic of care that works best for
you. I can assist those who may struggle with anxiety, depression, stress management, and
identity struggles. I am sex, kink, LGBTQ+, and ENM positive.

I am a Memphis native; I received a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership with a
concentration in Health Management from Union University. I earned my master’s in social work
(MSW) from Louisiana State University and currently hold a Licensed Social Work (LSW) in CO.
I enjoy reading, spending time with my partner and stepchildren, attending anime conventions,
and snuggling my Labrador-Pitt mix Stella in my free time.
